One of the more useful features in e-RegisterNow’s online registration software is the ability to display in real-time the number of vacancies remaining for each individual camp session. The numbers above each checkbox are called, accelerator numbers. They got their name because it was observed that their appearance tends to accelerate the flow of registrations and registration forms. For example, suppose your son and his friend from down the street, are planning to go to “Teen Sports Fitness” for the week of Jul 9th (Fig 2.);  you can see that the number of spots remaining is “8” and might become “Sold Out” soon. You can bet that the family who has just registered is going to be communicating to the other family to hurry up and come to the website and complete their registration so that the boys can be together.

You’ll notice in Fig 2., that the number of vacancies eventually runs out and a ‘Sold Out’ message appears. Some events like Lunch and Supervision have no enrollment limitations.

This online management feature can be turned on or off per event as needed. Your customers will appreciate this data as it will give them some idea of the urgency for camps that fill up quickly.

The option to display enrollment in real-time is an essential feature for the best camp registration software.
