  1. Go to Tools > Reports > General Ledger (GL) Report<\/li>\n
  2. Select the date range and a form of payment:<\/li>\n
  3. Click on \u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. The report will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Reassign a Transaction to a Different GL Number<\/h4>\n

    1. In the GL Report, click on the name of the GL number to which the transaction is currently assigned. If it is not assigned to a GL Number, click on the word ‘Unassigned’.<\/li>\n
    2. In the GL Number box for the transaction, enter the new GL number:<\/li>\n
