The payment details give the details off all transactions over a specified dates.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Tools > Reports > Payment Details<\/li>\n
  2. Select the date range for the report:
    \n\n\n\n\n\n
    Initiator<\/td>\nYou may select the name of a cashier, web registrations, or all.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Tender Type<\/td>\nSelect a form of payment from the drop down menu.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Merchant(s)<\/td>\nSelect a Merchant Number or ‘All’.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  3. Click on \u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. The report will appear:
    \n\n\n\n\n\n
    Ref<\/td>\nThe Reference Number of the transaction issued by e-RegisterNow.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Authorization Number<\/td>\nIssued by the Credit Card company as confirmation of the transaction. If the transaction occured in Testmode, the Authorization number will appear as ‘testing’.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Initiator<\/td>\nThe login name of the cashier, or WEB if the registrant registered<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
