  1. Go to Database\u00a0> Consolidate > Equivalent People<\/li>\n
  2. A screen with a list of possible duplicates appears:<\/li>\n
  3. The first record is the master record. Any other records are merged into the first record. For each possible match, you have two options, exclude and merge.Exclude a Record:\n

    1. If you believe that the record is not the same person as the master record, click on \u00a0<\/li>\n
    2. The following message box will appear, click ‘OK’:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. If you believe that a series of records are the same person, click on \u00a0<\/li>\n
        2. A screen will appear where you may review and change any values to be merged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              fields with green backgrounds will replace those with grey. Fields with blue backgrounds are equal, and will remain unchanged.<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
