  1. Go to Reports > Direct Feed Reports<\/li>\n
  2. If direct feed reports exist, click on the ‘New Report’ tab\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the name for your report, then select \"\"\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. After returning to the main Direct Feed Reports page, select \"\", which will allow you to select the data you wish to have displayed on the report.<\/li>\n
  5. Check the checkbox next to any data fields that should be displayed and enter the following settings:\"\"
    \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Custom Heading<\/td>\nThe name of the heading you wish to have on your report<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Column<\/td>\nThe column order for the report. If there is no specific order, leave the column number as 0.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Type<\/td>\nIf you wish to sort the data, specify which type (word\/date or number) the heading is.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Sort<\/td>\nSelect yes if you wish to sort by this row, no otherwise.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Group<\/td>\nIf data should be “grouped” by this field, check the checkbox. For example, if you want a report of the transactions grouped by date, check the box next to ‘Transaction Date’. Data will be merged and displayed by date.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  6. Click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  7. Click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
  8. Enter the following settings:\"\"

    Name<\/td>\nYou may edit the name of the report by entering a new name in the textbox.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Record # Limit<\/td>\nEnter the maximum number of records in the report.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Line Numbers<\/td>\nTo enable line numbers, click ‘Yes’. To disable line numbers, click ‘No’.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
  9. Click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Filtering the Report Data<\/p>\n

    1. Click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the word ‘New’ next to the field for which you would like to create a filter.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the following settings:\"\"
      \n\n\n\n\n\n
      Condition Mode<\/td>\nSelect match all if you want only the results that match all filters for that field to be displayed. Select ‘match any’ if you want the field to only have to meet one of the filter conditions to be displayed. You will have to click on \u00a0\"\" to see this field.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Operator<\/td>\nSelect the appropriate operator.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Value<\/td>\nInsert the value which you wish to match. Note: Use _ for one-character wildcards, % for any number of characters.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      View an Existing Report<\/p>\n

      1. Go to Reports > Direct Feed Reports<\/li>\n
      2. Select the report you wish to see and click on \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
      3. If a full report has not been created yet, select create full report. If you wish to see the most recent results on your report, select create full report.\"\"<\/li>\n
      4. If you want to see the results of a report, select the report and select \u00a0\"\"<\/li>\n
      5. \"\" allows you to download a copy of the report in these formats \u2013 text, tab delimited (txt), XML and HTML.<\/li>\n
