Processing Instructions

Payment Options
Enable Credit Card Payment Option?	Must be set to “Yes” for the system to collect and process credit card payments.
‘X’ Display Name	Defaults to ‘X’, which is usually appropriate
Enable By-Mail Payment Option?	Set to “Yes” to allow this payment type selection. Usually refers to mail-in cheque payments.
Enable By-Fax Payment Option?	When set to “Yes” this will allow purchasers to fax in credit card info rather than using the secure, real time method. (Not recommended for e-Ticket sales).
Button Display Options
Display the ‘Back’ button?	Show or hide ‘Back’ button
Display the ‘Start Over’ button?	Show or hide ‘Start Over’ button
Miscellaneous
‘Registration Fees’ Text Substitute	You can edit the words “registration fees that follow”. For example, you can substitute the word ‘registration’ with ‘membership’. For e-Tickets use text substitute “for your show tickets” by over riding and saving the “registration fees that follow” message
Show Registrant’s Name in column 1?	The registrant’s name can appear on the review page. If they click on their name it returns them to the registration page.
Show the Company Name in Column 1?	The registrant’s company name can appear on the review page below the registrant’s name

Data Collection Options
Collect cardholder’s home phone number?	Defaults to No but set to ‘Yes’ if you want to collect this information on the Credit Card collection page – not necessary if this information is collected on the registration form, which is the most common method
Collect cardholder’s home address?	See above
Collect cardholder’s email?	See above
Ask and Check CVV?	On the back of credit cards there is a number. If enabled, the registrant will be asked for the last three digits of that number. This is an extra security feature.
Displayed Messages
Display the default processing instructions	Instruction are located at the bottom of the screen, by default they read ‘Note: by pressing Process you are making a secure credit card payment’
Display the alternative processing instructions	You can change the message described above. If you would like an alternate processing instruction to be displayed, select ‘Yes’
Alternatate processing instructions	If alternating processing instructions are to be displayed, you may enter them here. Back HTML formatting commands are allowed
