| Display Event on Step 1 Event Matrix? |
Select ‘Yes’ for event to appear on step 1 matrix. Select ‘No’ for it to not appear. |
| Matrix Column Heading |
In the matrix, the first column will list the events. The next columns will have checkboxes to select the events. The default heading is the date of the event and any event within that date range will have a checkbox in that column. To change the matrix column heading, enter a name in the text box. If two events have the same matrix column heading, the columns will merge. |
| Matrix Column Colour |
Enter the background colour of the column. |
| Matrix Column Order |
If there are muliple columns, they can be given a set order. Enter the placement number here. |
| Event’s Matrix Display Name |
This field is for your information only. To make any changes, go to the “Event Information” screen. |
| URL for Matrix Display Name Link |
Enter the URL that the user should be directed to if they click on the event in step 1. For example, clicking on a course may link to a course description. |
| Display Event’s Accelerator Number? |
If the event has a maximum number of registrants, then the number of spots left may be displayed next to the checkbox in the matrix. This may be enabled or disabled. |
